Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on Stage V published
BRUSSELS 13th April – To support machine manufactures on a clear and practical understanding of the Regulation 2016/1628 on engines emissions and its supplementing legislation, CECE, CEMA, EGMF, EUnited Municipal Equipment,FEM; EUROMOT and EUROPGEN have published a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
This FAQ is intended to provide answers to key questions that are likely to be asked by users of the regulations, focusing on relevant provisions and obligations for the machine manufacturers (original equipment manufacturers (OEM)), importers and distributors. It is composed of 101 questions, 16 chapters and 48 pages covering topics as the timetable of the regulation, marking and statement of conformity, replacement engines, exemptions, market fuels.
