Félix Gil

CEO of INTEGRA

Born in 1975 in Zaragoza, he is CEO of Consultora Tecnológica INTEGRA (www.integratecnologia.es), an Aragonese family company created in 1986, of which he has been part since 2005, and in which he has assumed different managerial responsibilities, until today it is a national benchmark company in technological, strategic and training services in continuous expansion and formed by more than 800 people, with a powerful transversal value proposition that integrates technology and knowledge.

He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Organisation Engineering (both from the University of Zaragoza), and an International MBA from the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences (Germany).

He holds a PhD in Economics and Management of Organisations from the University of Zaragoza, developing his doctoral thesis on the Management of Socioemotional Capital in Family Businesses.

Félix Gil has developed his professional career in relevant companies in different sectors (consulting, industrial, public sector) and different countries (Spain, Germany and England), with an important strategic vision, innovative profile and a constant passion for training and learning.

Félix Gil is currently president of the ICT Cluster of Aragon - TECNARA.

Due to his activity and focus on permanent innovation, he maintains close relationships with leading technology brands such as Microsoft and IBM, and regularly attends their worldwide partner conferences in the USA:

He lives in Zaragoza, is married and has two children.
