• - Standard rate: 700€ + 21% VAT
  
  

  Registration's conditions:

  - The registration fee includes the CECE Congress 2024 conference, networking breaks, the welcome dinner on 23^rd October and the Gala Dinner on 24^th October.
  - The registration closes on 10^th October.
• - The spouse registration fee includes the welcome dinner on 23^rd October and the Gala Dinner on 24^th October.
• - The visit to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium to be confirmed depending on the Stadium's availability.

  Cancellation Policy:

• CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS PARTICIPATION:
•  
• -  Cancellation before 15^th August is refunded 100%.
• -  Cancellation of your Congress participation between 15^th August and 15^th September will be charged 50% of the full price.
  -  Cancellation of your Congress participation after 15^th September will not be refunded.
  -  Please take note that partial cancellation is not supported. Any modification always involves full cancellation and a new registration.
  -  No shows will be fully charged.

• CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
• -  Cancellation of individual reservations is free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. After this date the fee will not be refunded.
  -  No shows will be fully charged.
