Laëtitia Le Sciellour

She is currently the Project Manager Officer at Mecalac in Annecy, France.

She decided to be an engineer after she felt in love with aircrafts, at the age of 17; she chose Arts & Métiers ParisTech (ENSAM) engineering school, which provides a strong background in mechanics and industry.

Fond of traveling and discovering new cultures and ways of working, she spent half of her time abroad during her studies (USA, Czech Republic), and has always worked with multi-cultural companies.

She started to work in the aerospace industry (rocket engines), as design engineer and Project Manager, for the Ariane 6 European project, then she moved to Annecy, as International Methods Project Manager for a cookware leader, in charge of Egyptian factory, and joined Mecalac in 2022. In parallel of her professional life, another passion is to help people grow and find their own way: she joined a French diversity association in 2011. Target is to share experience and bring new vocations among a public of young ladies, to enable them to embrace a career in an industrial world, mainly composed of men.
