Ilektra Papadaki

Ilektra Papadaki is the Team Leader for construction policy in the European Commission. She is in charge of the development of the construction transition pathway, a roadmap for greening, digital transformation and resilience. Since 2017, she has developed and managed a series of initiatives that foster digital transformation in construction, the built and urban environment, leading collaboration with industry, national and local authorities and other stakeholders.

Ilektra holds a Master and Bachelor in Architecture Engineering with specialization in urbanism and high tech from the National Technical University of Athens. She has authored scientific papers on digitalisation and urban development.

She speaks Greek, English, French and Portuguese.
