Carolina Diez Ferrer

Carolina Diez is Head of Advanced Engineering Programs at Volvo CE since 2021. She leads Volvo CE’s Advanced Engineering Portfolio, setting the company’s technology direction and business transformation towards new sustainable and efficient solutions within areas such as automation, electromobility and connectivity.

Her broad experience also includes working with emerging technologies, electrified powertrains and software development in other parts of the Volvo Group, primarily Volvo Trucks.

Carolina holds a Master Degree in Computer Science. Born in Spain, she lives in Sweden with her family since 2007. Beyond technology, she has a passion for running.
