Yemi Onabiyi is a seasoned Data Solutions Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Data Strategy, API Lifecycle, IoT Data Integration, and Data Privacy.

He currently lives and works in Amsterdam.

He played a key role in the discussions that led to the creation of the ISO-Telematics Data standard, and he has helped several major contractors optimize equipment performance and streamline data management.

As an active member of the CECE experts’ group, Yemi contributes to shaping the industry’s approach to implementing the EU Data Act.

His expertise in data-sharing practices and business models within the construction equipment sector makes him a sought-after advisor on the evolving European regulatory data landscape.

His ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation and regulatory compliance has established him as a trusted expert in the field of connected equipment data management.

Outside of work, Yemi enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and three teenage sons.
